SHIPPING

We ship within 10 days. The buyer is responsible for any customs or import fees if applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Free shipping on orders over $80 applies to Quebec residents only.

Please note that to reduce our footprint, we may reuse various boxes for shipping your package.

PICK UP AT THE WORKSHOP

If you wish to pick up your order directly from our workshop and avoid shipping costs, choose the STORE PICKUP option during your online payment.

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow up to 10 days for pickup. You can then pick up your order Monday to Friday*, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at our workshop at 5550 Fullum (Studio 522) in Montreal.

*Please note that we cannot guarantee pickup on holidays. You can always call the studio before coming: 438-380-3525.

PAYMENT

We accept payments via PayPal as well as the following credit cards: Visa / Mastercard.

SALES TAX

All Canadian customers will be required to pay the applicable sales tax for their province. We do not charge sales tax to customers outside of Canada, but please be advised that you are still responsible for any duties and customs fees applicable to your country upon receipt of the package.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for any returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning or exchanging products. Products must be returned in their original condition.

Please mark all packages "RETURN" and send them by post or return them to our workshop in person.

We are not responsible for any losses. All clearance sales are final. All gift certificate purchases are final.

That said, we strive for the satisfaction of all our customers, so please do not hesitate to write to us for any requests that deviate from these guidelines.

We use your information, shipping and billing address only to communicate with you, complete your order and for legal purposes (taxes).
