Yes, you can pick up your order directly at our workshop and avoid shipping fees by choosing the IN-STORE PICKUP option. You can pick up your order during our opening hours.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can check our opening hours on Google Maps.
The workshop is solely a production site. However, you can order online and select the "Pick up in store" option during your transaction. This will allow you to pick up your order directly at our workshop.
For any exchange, please return the product in its original condition to our workshop located at 5550 Fullum (suite 522) in Montreal. Afterward, we will send you the item in exchange. Please note that shipping costs for returns and resends are the customer's responsibility. The easiest way is to visit our workshop in person.
Unfortunately, no. At this time, we cannot offer free shipping to Canada.
If the cap is on sale, it will be a final sale. However, you can exchange it for a different size, if available.

Our beanies are made from a merino wool blend imported from Italy. They are also lined. They are therefore of superior quality and are entirely made in Quebec.
